The restaurant carefully selects and cleans the eels using fresh water sprung in Imaichi, ensuring the quality of their dishes. Next, the eels are then grilled on special charcoal and seasoned with the restaurant’s secret soy sauce mixture. This unagi restaurant is open daily, except on Mondays and on the third Sunday of each month, from 11:30am to 9pm. Lunch is served from 11:30am to 2pm, while dinner is served from 5pm to 9pm.
