Located a 25-minute drive from Ishigaki City, this park is known for its clear turquoise waters. Kabira Park leads out to Kabira Bay, which is one of the only two black pearl cultivation sites in Japan. Swimming is not allowed in the bay due to fast currents and jellyfish. Boat rides through Kabira Bay are available in glass bottom boats for ¥1030, with departures between 9am and 5pm from Kabira Bay. Travelers are advised to check beach conditions for seasonal weather variations.
